王自奎，男，甘肃会宁人，4008云顶国际集团青年教授、博士研究生导师。研究方向包括：作物栽培理论，饲草和种子生产技术，农业系统模拟，草地农业技术推广。

2006/09~2010/06：西北农林科技大学，水利与建筑工程学院，农业水利工程，获工学学士学位。

2010/09~2015/06：西北农林科技大学，水利与建筑工程学院，农业水土工程，获工学博士学位，指导老师为吴普特。
